We did nothing to convince our first business client.

At SITBI, we believe in the power of storytelling to transform workspaces; but we never imagined that our first business client would come to us before we even officially launched. No ads. No website. No outreach. Just a shared vision, a bit of luck, and a whole lot of heart.
How it started
Before SITBI had a website, a portfolio, or even a proper launch plan, we were already in conversation with CH Robinson Sweden.
The connection? Personal. Our founders' partner worked there and mentioned what we were up to: a small but growing idea focused on bringing European nature into indoor spaces through sustainable and ethical photography.
At the same time, Jerry Nilsson, the new General Manager at CH Robinson Sweden, was on a mission.

“Before I took the role as General Manager at CH Robinson, I had one deal breaker: I needed to relocate the office.”
He envisioned a workplace where employees could feel proud because of the company they work for and the environment they work in. Clean. Inspiring. Sustainable; but in an understated, authentic way.
A shared vision
Jerry had a clear idea: the new office had to be near public transport and nestled in a beautiful, accessible area. Once he secured a space in central Borås, just minutes from the train and bus stations, he turned his attention to the interior. That’s where SITBI came in.
“I came in contact with Karen and told her about my vision to create a feeling of ‘clean Swedish nature, sustainability without screaming it out loud.’”
From there, it became a collaborative process. Karen, our founder, visited the office mid-renovation, explored design ideas, talked about how each space should feel, and matched the colors and themes to their brand personality. Jerry wanted nature linked to sustainability; not just as a pretty backdrop, but as an integral part of the office’s identity.
“What I loved is how she gave names to all the pictures and related them to our business. It gave everything that extra edge.”

Why they chose us
Despite being a fresh brand, CH Robinson saw something in us:
𖤓 They believed in the calming, centering effect of nature wall art inside the office.
𖤓 They wanted sustainability to be a quiet but powerful theme throughout the space.
𖤓 They connected with our mission to support European nature; in art and in practice.
“Karen is genuinely passionate about sustainability, and I think that’s one of the reasons why the result is stunning.”
The outcome
We were able to bring Jerry’s vision to life in a way that resonated. Not just with him, but with his team and every visitor who walked through the doors.
“All our clients and suppliers that have visited us made comments on the pictures and the feeling it creates. Thanks for a great delivery.”
Final thoughts
Sometimes the best partnerships happen when you're not trying to sell anything at all. This project reminded us that when values align and visions connect, the results can be truly meaningful.
To this day, we’re grateful to CH Robinson for being our first business client and trusting us before we even launched our name in the market. It wasn't about persuasion, it was about shared purpose.
Curious what a workplace inspired by real European nature could look like for your team?
We’re always open for a chat — even if you’re still in the dreaming phase.

When I took the role as General Manager at CH Robinson I had one “deal breaker” before I signed, and that was to be able to change location for the office. I have a strong belief that an office where people can feel proud about working is a big generator of profit as well. If you feel good about the company you represent and that you have a great environment, you will perform better.
I do have a big interest in sustainability, therefore I looked for a location close to public transportation with nice surroundings. Found one in the city center of Borås, 2min walk from bus station, 5min walk from train station. Once the location was decided I started to prospect interior with continuous focus on sustainability, that has been the red line throughout the project.
Beginning of the project I came in contact with Karen and told her about my vision to create a feeling of “clean Swedish nature, sustainability without screaming it out loud”.
We had some discussions back and forth; she visited the new location during the renovation, and we discussed different ideas on how to decorate the office. She presented a lot of different variations based on our discussions.
I am so happy that she instantly understood my vision and realized it.
She asked what kind of feeling I wanted to create in each area, what colors we had to take in consideration etc… What I loved is how she have given names to all the pictures and very much related to our business, that gives it the extra “edge”.
One other great thing during this whole project is that Karen is genuinely passionate about sustainability and I think that is also one of the reasons why the result is stunning. She really captured my vision and realized it in a wonderful way.
All our clients and suppliers that have visited us, made comments on the pictures and the feeling it creates. Thanks for a great delivery!
