1. Scope of application

The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. If you are a company and are interested in our products, please contact us.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or self-employed professional activity.

In the SITBI Online Shop we offer the sale of unframed prints as well as digital content. Digital contents in the sense of these GTC are all data which are not on a physical data carrier, which are produced in digital form, and which are made available by the seller under the granting of certain rights of use regulated in more detail in these GTC.

2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase contract is concluded with SITBI, represented by Karen Van Maele. The complete address data can be found in the legal notice.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

Order processing and contacting usually take place via e-mail and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided for order processing is correct, so that e-mails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all e-mails sent by the seller or by third parties commissioned by the seller to process the order can be delivered.

4. Delivery conditions and cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed, the subject matter of the contract shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. The subject matter of the contract shall be the goods and services specified by the customer within the scope of the order and stated in the order and/or order confirmation at the final prices stated in the online shop. Errors and mistakes there are reserved, in particular with regard to the availability of goods.

The quality of the ordered goods is determined by the product descriptions in the online shop. Images on the website may only represent the products inaccurately; colours in particular may differ considerably for technical reasons. Pictures serve only as illustrative material and may deviate from the product. Technical data such as length dimensions are given as precisely as possible, but may show the usual deviations. The characteristics described here do not constitute defects in the products supplied by the seller.

Digital contents are provided to the customer exclusively in electronic form as follows: by download. Shipping in the conventional sense does not take place.

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Prices and payment

Our prices are not total prices. As a small business selling goods, according to the Value Added Tax Act, value added tax is charged.

The Customer is responsible for any customs duties being paid to the customs or equivalent authority in the country to which the Product / Products are finally delivered.

PayPal

Shopify Payments

If a payment method offered via the "Shopify Payments" payment service is selected, the payment will be processed via the payment service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter: "Shopify"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify will be communicated to the customer in the Seller's online shop. Shopify may use other payment services to process payments, which may be subject to special payment terms and conditions, which may be pointed out to the customer separately. 7. Granting of rights of use for digital content

All digital content provided by the seller is protected by copyright.

The customer acquires a temporally unlimited, simple, non-transferable right of use exclusively for non-commercial use. The customer is not granted any exploitation rights. In particular, he may not distribute the acquired titles either digitally or in printed form, in whole or in part, make them publicly accessible or pass them on to third parties in any other form. The right of reproduction is limited to acts of reproduction which are exclusively for the customer's own use.

The customer is not entitled to remove copyright notices, trademarks or other legal reservations from the goods.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Warranty and guarantees

9.1 Liability for defects

The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. The right to file a complaint applies to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Any customer who wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered, shall contact SITBI, as soon as possible after discovering the defect, via e-mail to hello_sitbi@proton.me

9.2 Guarantees and customer service

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
