Cancellation policy for digital products
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - SITBI, Barrvägen 15, 51696 Aplared, Sweden, E-Mail: hello_sitbi@proton.me - of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
Cancellation reasons
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium which obliges the consumer to pay a price if the consumer:
- has expressly consented to the trader commencing performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period; and
- has confirmed that he is aware that his right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of the performance of the contract; and
- the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, at the latest, however, when the digital content which is not on a physical medium is made available:
- which reproduces the content of the contract; and
- on which it is stated that the consumer, prior to the performance of the contract, has expressly consented to the trader commencing performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that, by giving his consent, he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.

Cancellation policy for prints
Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork.
