About the artworks
- Which qualities do the artworks have?
Our art works come in the standard sizes A3 to A1 and have these qualities: Wooden photo frame (14mm width) of local pine with anti-glare plexiglass | Premium matte paper; weight: 200 g/m2 with FSC Label | Only 50 limited editions available of each art work.
We can deliver framed artworks but we encourage all of our customers to shop pre-loved frames to reduce the overall footprint!
- What if I would like a different size?
We understand that you might want a statement piece in your restaurant or deluxe hotel room. For artworks with different dimensions, a custom frame or material; please email us directly.
- Does every artwork come with a white border by default?
Yes, all artworks come with a white border/margin. We name our artworks, which automatically gives more meaning to the viewer; on top of that the margin gives visual breath.
However, if you wish for the print to have no margin, please let us know via e-mail before ordering!
- What is the size of the white border?
These are the dimensions:
A3 = bottom border 2,6 cm;
A2 and larger = bottom border 3 cm;
Production and delivery
- When will my artworks arrive?
Depending on the service you chose, orders can take from 1 up to 4 weeks to be delivered and installed. You will get an e-mail after purchase which keeps you in the loop of the entire process.
- Do you keep a stock?
Our artworks are made to order. A conscious concept that combats excessive consumption and saves natural resources. Producing only what is wanted, at a fair price, with the least possible environmental impact.
- Where is your production located?
We collaborate with Gelato which has connections with professional print shops from Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
In most cases, our artworks are fulfilled at the closest printer. Sometimes due to reasons such as paper availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
Returns
What if an artwork is damaged or not to my liking?
We like to offer full service, which will eliminate any doubts you might have before you commit. It's good to know that each artwork is made especially for you as soon as you place an order.
If an artwork arrives with damages, we will reimburse you and send/install a new one. Just send us some photo's of the damage so we can respond accordingly. More info in our cancellation policy.
The end-life of your artworks
In the very unlikely event that our artworks no longer fit your space; consider recycling them or repurposing them into something new. You can even swap artworks with other businesses or gift them to stakeholders or customers.
By giving our artworks a second life, you reduce waste and contribute to a circular economy. Contact us to discuss end-life options.

Production and delivery
- When will my artwork arrive?
Orders can take from 5 to 14 days to deliver. Each en-route artwork is always tracked. You will get an e-mail after purchase which keeps you in the loop of the entire process.
- Which company takes care of shipping?
Depending on the country, you can choose a national shipping company or DHL as your delivery guy.
- Do you keep a stock?
Our art prints are made to order. In other words... You need it? We make it. A conscious concept that combats excessive consumption and saves natural resources. Producing only what is wanted, at a fair price, with the least possible environmental impact.
- Where is your production located?
The artworks are produced at multiple locations in Europe. We collaborate with Gelato and Tpop and thus professional print shops from Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as paper availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.
About the artworks
- Do the prints come framed?
No, our prints are unframed, which gives you the freedom to choose the photo frame that best suits your budget and style. The prints have been sized specifically to fit with universal framing sizes. All dimensions include the margin (A4 print = A4 frame).
We encourage all of our customers to shop locally for frames to reduce the overall footprint! (Find vintage gems at your local 2nd hand shop or at grandma’s.)
- What if I would like a different size?
We understand that you might want a statement piece in your living room or hallway. For art works with different dimensions, please email us directly.
- Does every print come with a white border by default?
Yes, all prints come with a white border/margin. This makes it easy to frame with a mount and gives visual breath.
