You're heaps in nature, but is your mind too?

It's all good and well until... your body says it's not.😵‍💫

If that happens, you HAVE TO find ways to deal with your stressors. Because if you're not, your brain sends a signal through your body and might temporarily switch off some of your normal abilities.

One of the ways to prevent that from happening, is to be aware of the first signs your body is giving you. AND giving it a chance to recover.

People often find refuge in nature to do so. Going for a walk for example. It might give you exercise and a fresh nose but are you sure you're getting everything out of your walk?

Are you seeing, feeling, smelling and hearing what nature will tell you?

Let's do a nature bingo; how many of them do you do?

  1. Do you see all the colors of the coast?
  2. Do you sense the flow of water?
  3. Does the wind spread the forest's scent?
  4. Do you feel its' moisture on your skin?
  5. Do you hear the squeaks of the squirrel?
  6. Do you feel its' vibe?
  7. Does the scent of the smallest flower reach you?
  8. Do you see the work of the spider?

Now you know how conscious you are of what's happening on your path. And have an idea of what you can still discover!
